  • Hiya pink_numbers:hello:

Oooooh there must be something in the air today - still feel like carp but feel a glimmer of me coming back - believe me, she hasn't been around for the past 6 months

Ok since last post - I have limped around the house and:

Dds room has had a quick tidyup and bed-made
    Daily scratch completed - 10p :T
Dry washing folded and put away or in ironing pile :eek::eek:

Oooh and guess what - I've brushed my hair, put face cream and hand-cream on - definitely on the up.

    Going for a HHC 9.40 - 10.10. CU in 30!!!
  • Finally cleared my study floor & desk, I had been putting off doing so for few days... only took me nine minutes in the end!! Don't know what all the fuss I made putting it off was about!

    Morning
well I have one back to school and the one off school is still asleep. Not surprising, he was up half the night describing his symptoms to me
Husband also still asleep, also not surprising, dear knows what time he came to bed at from playing xbox online:rolleyes::rolleyes: I know I've been moaning about him in the evening but the plus side is he's worked from home so has been here to look after the sikc children when I do the school run, and he's made me coffees (he does a mean latte) and then had no commute home so we can eat earlier.

So far this morning have not done a lot:
    - girls up dressed and breakfasted
    - cleared up from breakfast
    - walked DD1 to school
    - handed out her party invitations
    - posted Mums birthday cards
    - posted friends birthday card

Feeling a bit CBA today as still have grotty cold myself, its come and gone for about 4 weeks now and I am getting a bit cheesed off, and between DH and DS I didn't get much sleep really

Might do a bit of rejigging of spare room stuff later and maybe clear a few things from the bureau but that will be about it.

  • PenPen - how is your DD's toe?

Much better, though it still looks pretty bad  She's got some determination, and is keen not to miss college :T In response to your earlier Q, she's loving Art College - definitely the right decision :T Has your DS1 decided what to do next year

Upstairs done in my HHC, so more coffee while I look for recipes :D
