    Morning ladies,

Can I have your opinion on this please,

I have these cushions that say dry clean only, do you think they will be ok to do on a hand wash or wool wash.

Ok I was going to post a picture but I dont know how, anyone help?

    thanks TF x

I would put them in the machine on a cold wash, if you have one available. Use a gentle non bleaching washing liquid. I use Ecover. Test one first of course.

I have curtains and cushion covers that state Dry Clean Only and they did shrink a bit when washed but it has saved me loads of money by washing rather than dry cleaning.

pigpen brilliant news about your sister

Feeling shirt today. Still not sleeping and DB2 rang late last night to get all his problems off his chest. He said he felt much better but I just chewed over it all night in my mind.

hi i have just got a slow cooker with high low and warm settings i want to make potato hash and have put in carrots stock onion mince potato what do i do now if we want to eat at 9ish turn it on high for 1/2 hour and then on low and when do i need to put it on...

    thanks in advance guys

I usually allow about 3 hours for mince, potatoes and carrots. It says 4 hours for stewing steak in my slow cooker so it won't need as long as that. Mine is a Morphy Richards and has three settings. DD got one free with a catalogue and it cooks really fast but it only has two settings. I hope this helps.

    Hi folks

Popping by as very busy doing other stuff atm.

5 more things on ebay, and all sold from last week, so a result, less clutter around!1

New vaccum is going well, and getting loads of dirt out of the carpets.

I'll try to pop by tonight and do some reading to catch up.

    Hugs to all. xxx

  • :hello:Afternoon. Not done any flying yet, but will. Been on phone to sister she is going back to work after 2 yrs:T She's very excited.
Ive rang FE college up about A1/A2 trainer assessor course, waiting for a ring back.

Have organised a friends husband to sort out my ceiling:T so hopefully will have one nice room before xmas.

Am actually feeling a little bit peed off with myself at the mo. Just frustrated with the money situation and not being able to work because of illness, however feeling a lot better so must keep focused on that and not let my frustrations get me down. (or the bloody A&L)

    Things I need to do.
Vets - get front line for dog
find up to date bank statement (I've put it somewhere safe) and go through everything.
find list and get house pretty. That will really cheer me up:money:
Going to get dressed now. TTFN
