(((hugs))) honey it must be bad before you get signed off - you are not one for doing that - hope the time off AND REST does you good -will you have to stay in hosp for your IV? - is DD any better after your heart to heart?
    toots xx
That appears to be rather rich coming from you toots :rotfl:. Seriously I am going to take it easy which is why I need a plan just to do bits and pieces. They dont think treatment will start next week but when it does it's likely to be twice a week for 4 - 6 weeks, and in my naievety I thought it would be canular in, squirt of stuff and home, but now with a bit more info I think it will be the four hour session drip drip drip....

DD - well she's been good all week (ish) but of course its gone t*ts up today. Dont think it will ever change and it will be just like me and my mum, love her to bits but just dont get on :o

    Evening all,
Had a nice, if wet and windy day out on the south downs today with my M&D. Have just taken my sleeping pill and antianxiety medication for the first time, and I think they are starting to kick in. It's definitely harder to type now.

Back from the concert, which was excellent. DH's cold is starting to come out, poor thing. He has his exam on 26th so hopefully it will have gone by then. To top it all there are signs up saying there are going to be roadworks at night on the main road outside starting monday. Not impressed as we've a) had no letter about it and b) there's nothing on the tfl website about it. I shall be on the phone on monday!

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Sorry not had time to read through, ((hugs)) where needed, I will try to catch up a little tomorrow.

Was an OK day until I got a call on my way back from my Dad's from little Matthew's Mam who was in tears & very distressed. Little tike has fell & got a very bad cut on his head about 6cm long down to the bone. Wasn't this that caused as much stress but the fact the local A&E can't deal with it due to his heart condition & have referred him to another hospital for plastics to operate in the morning under general sedation. I think it's just because it's the first time in 2 years (was 2 years a few weeks ago) that his condition has become a 'problem' and realising even what would be minor things can't be treated at our local A&E for him. He's home now, fine in himself but please lots of ok with anaesthetic vibes needed for 9am tomorrow. I've not long since got back, trying to just be there for her, got her and her partner some food etc as they had not eaten all day. I know they won't sleep much with the worry of sedation tomorrow.

Apart from that I had a nice evening at Dad's, met his girlfriend's daughter who seems nice.

I do have some more positive news, DS1s results came through from his tests with the ed psychologist. His reading ability age just over 13 years, his reading comprehension is at 16 years...he's 10! So I am very proud and even more keen on trying to get him some mainstream access on Monday!

I best go, need some sleep, DPs event tomorrow so I will be there for part of the day but also on call incase Matthew's Mam needs me. Goodnight everyone x x x
One day I might be more organised...........
