    Evening all,

Had a nice, if wet and windy day out on the south downs today with my M&D. Have just taken my sleeping pill and antianxiety medication for the first time, and I think they are starting to kick in. It's definitely harder to type now.

Hugs to LadyL and toots and pigpen and soappie.

Head feels quite heavy now and I have a funny taste in my mouth and my tongue feels a bit numb, so sounds like time to go to bed.

    sexymouse xx

    Hi Vanilla, how are you?

Ouch Soappie hope your nose is better but more importantly is the dog ok? :rotfl:

Have had a nice relaxing evening, watching Michael Macintyre now, will go to bed when it ends. I've got over 6,000 steps today, am pleased with that as I don't think I got that much in the last 3 days put together!

    Night night everyone xx

he doesn't take his phone to work - cos the uniform has no pockets and there's nowhere safe to leave it!

I met him at the end of the road.....I was that worried!

Ouch soappie, I hope your compress works on your nose and you don't have a shiner tomorrow.

Like rose I am watching Michael McIntyre, then bed. I am not sure if I am experiencing after effects of stopping steroids, flu jab or I am just feeling a normal sh..t day.

I have had such a good week I am going to try to keep it all in my mind when I go to bed.

toots, they wouldn't give me the sw jab. I only had the ordinary flu. I have to go back again. Well done you on getting into town. by yourself. It does make you feel good doing something like that doesn't it?
I can't manage on my own but have been to Aldi today. I found a shelf to sit on near the till and didn't care at all that people were looking at me:)

Nose went from ouch to numb and is now beginning to tingle gently and I'm a bit snuffly. There's a bit of bruising evident, but no breaks or nose bleeds.

The dog, bless her, is fine thankyou. No bruising or broken bones there - her skull is MUCH harder than the soft tissue and bone at the end of my nose....
