Hi,
In 2008 I paid for a rental management service from a company called MRI overseas property costing 1750-00 euros, including 500 euro returnable deposit, unfortunately the service turned out to be scam.
I received no rental management nor my deposit back.
After several fruitless emails with MRI I tried contacting my credit card company, they said I was to late to claim back on the card as my purchase date was over a year ago.
Can you tell me if this is the case, or are they trying to get out of their responsibilities.
