Phone Bolton Trading standards to see who they'd recommend.0

Consumers can't call Trading Standards anymore - they have to call Consumer Direct who I very much doubt would start recommending any specific trader.
Instead they would probably give some woolly advice about going to the local Fiat dealer or asking around for personal recommendations of any trader that specialises in cam belt replacements.

sounds about right for a 'main dealer'
but you should be able to get it done much cheaper,
also remember when getting the cambelt done you will need new tensioners etc,and again while being done get them to change the water pumpI
