travel insurance from primary insurance

i have just had a quote from the moneysupermarket and primary travel insurance is coming out really cheap, has anybody ever used them or has any information about the company

I used Primary ins' last Aug 05,My wife was taken seriously ill in Greece, we found the company to be very good, recieved hospital stay payments on return, (Keep all documents, reciepts, bills ect, origionals if possible).
No worries about care or possible repatreation due to health.
Good service at good price.

Sometimes Moneysupermarket have 'exclusive' deals and these can be cheap but pared down policies. So long as the cover is suitable and you have read the policy then Primary as a company should be fine.

Look at things like how the excesses are added up for a claim, does it include baggage, how much cash is covered, any activities excluded that you may be participating in...

Are primary insurance any good? Thinking of using them for a relative who wants to go backpacking for a year in Australia. I notice they are no longer on quidco though.
