What was it like? Was it worth it, and also how long does it take to go around? I'm contemplating going there before an 02 arena gig I'm travelling to London for...

Hi. The British Music Experience is a pretty good attraction - probably worth about an hour of most people's time, but you could make it last much longer if you had a go at all of the various interactive things on offer.
Not sure I'd say its worth the £15 entry fee, but if you are going to an event at the O2 they tend to give you free entry to the BME on production of your event ticket. I went to the recent World Gymnastics there and took advantage of this. The place was empty. Suspect the attraction may be in greater demand if the event you are seeing is a gig.0 -
Oh, thank you; I didn't know they let you go in free if you have a gig ticket; yeah, I'm going to a sold out show, but going early as I have a hospitality package. I had been considering using Clubcard deals to get a free ticket but now I'll just chance it and turn up.0

I went on Thursday, using our tickets from being a Sky customer, but when we got to the O2, there's a big Sky 3D booth & we spent 10 minutes looking at the 3D demo and got another 2 free tickets each! Worth going if you're in the area, but wouldn't pay £15 each. Loved seeing the outfits worn by legends like Freddy Mercury & David Bowie!Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

i would say depends on age of kids and how much they like music. theres a lot of memorabilia which may not interest them but the guitar/drum lesson things might
ds is 12 and he enjoye dsome of it , had we not had free tickets i would of thought it not worth the money
