in Shop but don't drop
i recently bought a panasonic home cinema (-total output 1000wtts for £250 bargain price!!) i asked them whether it was multi regional but they said "they were by law not allowed to unlock them to play any dvd from anywhere.

they went on to say it is possible to do this unlocking on the internet but they wouldn't tell me how. so does anyone know how and do i have to pay

i ve got my sister in usa who is itching to send me piles of cheap dvds so im wooried they might not play.

    Thank you all for your replies. to begin with i've no intentions to give my system away thanks!!

    so what do i have to do with the model number? i tried to follow the links given by one reply but got myself even more confused. could someone out there give some clear step by step guide pliz pliz pliz.

    in the mean time i'm off to watch these two borrowed DVDs. wooww!! what a sound 2 come out of this monster!!
