I was looking for info on the running cost of electric under blanket and googled my way to this forum. I joined up and this is my first post. I've only just realised that this thread is ancient (oops!) Anyway, I bought a single under blanket which is 60w on high setting (3) settings are = (0-1-2-3-0)
It only cost £12.45, free postage! What a buy! I'm delighted with it. It's so warm and cosy. I used to put my single radiator on to warm up the room but it was fairly inadequate and I always woke up cold.
If what I've read on here about the running cost is true, then it's the best buy I've ever made. I wish I'd bought one years ago :-)
Any comments welcome
Cheers
