Hi, I'm new here so please be gentle. I've read a few posts on this forum and it seems that house prices only ever go UP UP UP. This is fantastic news. Does this mean that if I can borrow enough money and buy a big house that one day Rodders I will be a millionaire? Sensible answers only please.
