This "method" seems to have more benefits than negatives. I've been there before when the vendor and EA known how badly I wanted a house and used it against me to keep moving the goalposts. If i'm coming from a relaxed not too fussed if I get it or not attitude, i'm in the stronger position right?:beer:

probably. we've made a point of making sure the agents know we've looked at other houses with other agents, and that although it's a great house and we want it, we do have a budget and there are other places that would be ok aswell. but we've said a strong enough interest to ensure we will be told if other potential buyers appear, so that we hopefully have time to assess our situation if we need to change tack.Relax, Breathe, Love 2014 Challenges:Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger 23.
