Because, if you read through other ITV competitions on MSE, ITV often have problems at times of high site traffic.
Robbie Williams is currently appearing on a very highly publicised episode of Loose Women, where they are promoting this week's competition (to much higher than usual audiences). I would imagine the site is being hammered...
Most of us wait until a quieter period to enter the competition... If you are having problems, why not email them yourself? We are all helping each other on this site, after all?
