help with my hard drive recorder thingy

Hi all ..I have a sony hxd870 dvd hard drive recorder and everytime I switch it off it loses all the freeview tv chanels and I have to search for them all again:mad:...any ideas how I get it to remember them all?

    try a full factory reset so it starts from scratch , but unplug it for say 15 minutes first , it wont lose any recordings but will do a full clearout and reset

    also make sure you are on firmware v1.65 from the sony website

    Thank That-Guy, yer its def on firmware v1.65,just off to try and work out how to do a full factory reset,will let you know how i get on.
