wow you have had letters!!!! im told I cant have letters because im still in an investigatigation and now as this has not been completed in there own time limit this is now another reason why I cant have letters.
Furthermore I dont receive statements as apparently this can only be done on an annual basis if infact I even get that.Official DFW Nerd number 227

Thanks - hopefully will be debt free this time next year.
I dont like Barclays anymore... I also have 2 credit cards with them in my DMP and since I have kicked up a stick about my loan they increased my APR from 1.5% - 12.9% so this has really set me back

Ugh. Wish I could offer some words of wisdom, but I'm not really sure any more about this company. They've served me well since my mum opened my account aged 10... 16 years later I'm starting to wonder if there is a better alternative.
