You may be right .... but her feedback shows she has bought adult shoes in a size 5 and no indication of buying or selling anything children relatedThrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -
Look like kids boots to me - why would any grown up adult want to wear boots like that - does she have mental problems??? My 9 year old son takes an adult size 5 - when I am searching for shoes for him, I quite often find them listed in the wrong category, but you can easily tell whether it is a little 5 or a big 5. If I wasn't sure, I would ask.0

adult shoes dont come in half sizes or widths so i think shes having you on! i wouldnt refund she clearly has just changed her mind
Clarks do, half sizes in most of their adult range, and narrow or wide styles.
And my daughter takes adult size 5, so it's not an unreasonable mistake to make.Look like kids boots to me - why would any grown up adult want to wear boots like that - does she have mental problems??? My daughter hasn't seen what you wear, but I suspect she may say the same about your taste. Each to their own.0 -

Funny thing is, altho she has listed them in the girls section, she doesn't make reference in the auction to girls/children's
also she has copied the wording of the ops listing apart from she has added only wore twice!!!!! porkie pies????0 -

What would people have bought for children whose feel were smaller than an 11?
I know now they start at a 1 (baby 1) and upto a 13, then go 1,2,3,4,5,6 and so on through adult sizes.
OP I wouldn't have refunded either, it's clear that you said GIRLS and that they were in the girls category. Buyers fault for not looking properly.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0
