there may or may not be some bias there as it is written by a manufacturer, but nothing shouts out saying "this is blatantly untrue".
Lots of ideas on the way to a sustainable home.
Heat pumps and rainwater harvesting are my favourite ones. (solar-thermal still have a bit of tweaking to be done IMHO)

Can't see myself persuading the landlord to do that. Not allowed to change our energy providers either.
