Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Dough programme used a lot here, too. However, my only complaint is that you can't set my current fantastic Panasonic BM to make dough in advance (like I do with loaves, and get fresh bread in the morning). When we go out, I'd like to set it so that the dough is ready when I get home, and have fresh pizza in 20 mins. My previous BM was rubbish, but it did have this feature.

I tried the Panasonic rapid bake for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! I had read that people didn't think it was very good. I thought it was very nice bread - not as nice as a loaf cooked on the full cycle but still very decent and worth doing if time is short!! I will be using it more often.

I think with express bake you have to experiment a little.
    The recipe I use is
    350mls water
    2tsp salt
    3tsp sugar
    5tbsp oil
    630g white flour
    1pkt yeast
but I tend to use a heaped tbsp of honey instead of the sugar and replace the water with luke warm milk. I also throw in some sesame seed and sunflower seed. i've also used 1 brown to 2 white flour
    Makes a 2.5lb loaf.
