Primus Saver 2 - Itemised statements?

Just looked up my first e- bill from Primus - (just 81p!) on the Saver 2 option - but find I still don't see any "free full itemised monthly statements" ie what numbers were actually called and charged for - Do I have to ask for this?

I've emailed them but am I missing something?

Click E-Billing - this brings up a list of Your most recent bills (1 in your case).

Click view - this brings up the front page of what they call your Account Statement.

Click View Details (on the right of the line which starts Talking Made Easy) - this brings up a table of all your calls.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

Oh I see it now - how did I miss it?

    Thanks.

    Happy to oblige.

Did you misdial a few times? My bills average 4p per month (the one call I deliberately make on a weekday before 6pm).

I did expect it to be lower still - I have a slight query - my brother went onto Primus a little after I did and a few daytime calls to him have been charged. I understood that all calls at any time to another Primus user would be free as well. I need to clarify when he started and that free calls to him now apply.

Not something I'd heard of with Primus but neither does it worry me much (I use 1899 for the few calls I make during the day anyway).

I was definitely told that on the phone when I signed up and read it somewhere else previously probably on this forum

Primus Saver dont offer FREE 01/02 calls to other Primus Saver users.Your call however would of course be free if it was covered by your particular call package. But if it was made at a chargeable time eg peak, you would be billed for it.

That's not what I was told when I signed up. At the time they made a point of mentioning this aspect without me prompting them.

EDIT: I have just spoken to them. Seems it's only the FreeTalk option although this was not made clear when I signed up.
