LOL BB......have got exactly the picture in my headBrilliant brilliant programme.....ach you will, you will.....
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
I don't understand. I ate crap for 2 months and put on 4lbs. I've tried harder this week and put on 3lbs. I'm hoping that some of it's a blip due to aunt flo, but I really need to focus from now on. I think I'm going to give Graze a try, I'm ok on knowing what to eat, but portion control's a problem.
Sorry to moan.
SRM, that's great news.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Ames - have you tried eating your dinner off smaller plates? Sorry if I'm preaching to the converted......
I find I try really hard one week and lose nothing (or even gain) so think sod it, eat crap the next week and find I've lost 2lbs....bizarre!YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
I think that's part of the problem - I've been skipping dinner because I've not been feeling like eating, then stuffing my face with crap later on. I'm going to have to make sure I eat three meals a day, then fruit for snacks. I was doing it a few months ago, then had a stressful time and it all slipped. So it's time to get back on track now.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

I decided this morning to start with vengeance on my Christmas shopping. I have £110 quidco money and £34 I am in credit on my CC, so I have decided to see how far the total stretches - it is definitely enough to buy for all my family and stocking fillers for OH.
I just found a fab grabbit thread for Woolies online and got nearly £50 worth of stuff for £21(probably can't link to the thread as it has a code in it, but check back on my posts
)
Next stop is going to be a Book People order. Got a bochure through this morning, picked a few bargains out and will be hunting for a free delivery code at the very least
Right......Asda time for ingredients......"Stay Wonky":D

It was really lovely thank you. He is such great company, the play was excellent, we didn't really fancy going to a restaurant afterwards so just got chinese food and sat on my living room floor, talking, eating and drinking wine (and spiced rum....and Jack Daniels....).
Stayed up till 3am just talking, and it was sooo nice.
Tried really hard to behave and just be platonic friends...
But somehow ended up shagging all night and all morning, finally made it downstairs at lunchtime. OMG it was soooo good!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
