Your family situation isn't quite clear, so forgive me if this isn't relevant but, are you entitled to anything like Tax Credits for children or 'working family'? If you have older teenagers (over 18) do they contribute towards board & lodgings?

Do you get the child benefit for your 14 year old then? It should be paid to you if you have custody.
You are still eligible for single person discount for council tax, the others won't count until they reach 18 so council tax may owe you something?

brranger beware those lovely looking cheques - I recently discovered that they chage you more (on mine!!) every tim eyou use them - about 2% of the cheque ammount in addition to interest!!

Ring them and ask if they can give you a better rate the best they can do is 9.9% I think but they may do you a transfer deal at 6.9% as they keep sending me special cheques to do it with.

How come it changed from 0% to 6.9 LOB and is the offer still open to new balances if so shift some Egg card over. talk to Halifax first see if they can give you a good offer.

yeah its 2% but I don't use them anyway. Just the same as LOB transfer with the right ones.

I hate to say this you seem to have a few things missing from your SOA.

What about clothes, hair cuts you have a car and bike tax down but what about insurance. Also what about christmas and birthday presents also school trips. Do you not give your daughter any pocket money or any money to top up her phone etc.

I know I am stating the obvious you need to make more money as well as cutting expenses to the bone.
