Conditions of Entry

• Information on how to enter and the prize, form part of these Conditions of Entry.
• Entry is only open to UK residents aged 21 years or over. Employees and immediate families of Voyana and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
• If you are completing this survey for another individual, you warrant that you have sought and received their permission, and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of The Voyana Survey.
• Voyana reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Only one completed survey per person permitted. All sections MUST be completed in full.
• Promotion commences 06/11/09. Entries close 12midnight GMT on 24/03/10. Draw will take place on 31/03/10 at Suite 8 Buckingham House East, The Broadway, Stanmore Middlesex HA7 4EB at 10.00am BST. Winner will be notified by email.
• Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The first valid entry drawn will win a cruise to the maximum value of £1200, based on a 7 night cruise on the Grand Princess departing 18th September 2010, in an inside cabin for two passengers, excluding gratuities, shore excursions, drinks (except tea and coffee), and transfers to and from Southampton.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
• Any costs in excess of the value of the prize (including VAT) and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
• The prize winner is expected to present current travel insurance covering the cruise travel dates prior to redemption of the prize.
• Voyana will not be liable for the presentation of a current valid passport and the requirement for either visas or vaccinations.
• Voyana’s normal booking conditions apply not withstanding the specifics of these terms and conditions and specifically that in the event of cancellation no refund will be provided.
• Redemption of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions specified on any prize literature.
• Voyana may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 30/06/10 in order to distribute the prize if unclaimed by that date.
• No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
• Voyana is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.
• Voyana assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
• Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrants responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
• Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
• Voyana shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• The Voyana Survey collects entrants personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that Voyana may use this information without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Voyana via their website.
• Information provided to Voyana will not be supplied to third parties for marketing purposes. Survey information for the prize winner will be supplied to the cruise lines where required by the cruise line providing the cruise for the prize draw.
