Basically our IVA failed in feb due to hubbie being made redundant.

contacted the iva company in march asking for final payments to be made to the credeitors but they said they are waiting for outstanding creditor claims

we have been contacted by 2 creditors which we are negotiating with individually now

My questions are do i contact the IVA company again??
do i contact the creditors or wait them to contact me??

Have checked credit status and they say settled apart from the 2 creditors?
am a little confused by this
