5 weeks to get a refund on a battery falsely advertised as compatible for my laptop, still available on the website despite me notifying them its totally the wrong part and when i ask why after i told them a month ago it was wrong they say
''that is non of your concern sir''
and dont try and speak to a manager they wont speak to you :rolleyes:
