bunn right click on my computer, click on properties and then advanced and there should be a box that says memory or summat (think its ht etop one mines all diff now on win7) in there is the virtual memory section, change the maximum value to higher than it is..i think i usualy set mine to 2000 or summat daft liek that lol.

ill be in and out and running errands/trying to get on top of things for the next couple of hours. would people be kind enough to listen and give me a call if i happent to come out please?

Try defragmenting you files hun.. else remove some of your old stuff that you dont need anymore

My Pc went off while listening to Kiss Radio before so gave up getting it back and had a bath and washed my hair as I am out later for lunch.
