There's a great view across the Thames Estuary to the less attractive bit of Kent. Or on the Essex side a fantastic view of the Oil Refinery

That and a permanent traffic jam on the only road on and off "the island."

Apparently "Islanders" love it though

Can you tell it isn't my favourite place to visit?
