I can clear up the Heart issue.

There are actually 3 advents in total on Heart radio website.

Theres the littlewoods one, the terry's chocolate orange one, and depending on your local station there is also a heart radio one(run in association with another comapny).

The below is the heart radio bristol advent comp(need to have bristol postcode to enter), which is run with samsung/gardiner haskins homecentre

Will try and find out if Cathy or Gwen got confirmation emails - I'm sure they didn't though... Maybe they only started sending them to peope that registered recently
