    Its best not to do anything and let statute barred kick in thus the debt is gone forever - wait the 6 years, do not admit liability now!

    Click the main link, then scroll down til you get to this letter and send it! - - CCA Dispute - Terms & Conditions Supplied;

    Don't worry - it covers what they have said in their letter, near enough as most send the same rubbish lol. See what they come back with, if they do not enter into communication - fine! Great!

    They won't be able to take court action either lol. ;);)

    You're in complete control of this right now, 1-0 to you :p

    Thanks Niddy... just to confirm that at this point in time I am just sending the CCA dispute letter and the 16. Various CCA Query Letter 'Variations' will be sent if they come back to me?

    Thanks,

    thanks again for your reply NID, well in my circumstances i was considering going bankrupt (maybe IVA but looking unlikely) just to avoid all the hassle of debt collection and anything else, i dont want to upset others in the household with bailiffs etc. calling, im guessing that this is worth trying first then... i understand that there shouldnt be any debt collectors/bailiffs (if they dont comply/unenforceable) but whats the chances...

    Hiya

    Ok, try the other approach mate - tell me who you have cards with and the balances - also, have you been defaulted yet or are you in arrears or upto date?

    Lots to take in before jumping on the UE bandwagon... :p

    Send to either mate, if you've done a cheque etc to Barclays then send it there as though you posted it before you got the letter from mercers. Barclays will send the request to them, if they want to or deal with it themselves. :o
