More than credit card withdrawn

i got a letter saying that my more than card is being withdrawn and replaced with a lloyds platinum! does anyone know why the more than is being withdrawn? first i've heard of it and I am puzzled now

    Lloyds are withdrawing a lot of cards such as Morethan (and Texaco etc)and bringing them back in house as it where.
    You should not be disadvantaged by this ie if you are on a special rate with the card now you will continue on that rate with the Lloyds card.

    Presumably their deal with RSA is running out and it could be RSA arent renewing it or are moving to another bank as the underwriters
