Is this Lloyds TSB Internet banking survey legit?

Sometimes when I do my online banking with Lloyds TSB, I keep being invited to do an online survey.
The first part of the survey form URL address started with the following:
https://survey.euro.confirmit.com/ ....
1. Is it legit?
2. If you feel it is, then how do you know for sure that it actually is legit?
3. Have all Lloyds TSB customers had these or just a few of us?
4. Did you answer the questions on the survey?
5. If so, were any of them a bit 'dodgy'?
6. Have you contacted Lloyds TSB about it?
7. If so, what did they say?
Finally, if you answer my questions, then 'Thank you for doing my survey!'

Oh, just one other thing....
No. I did NOT do the survey myself.
I do have gripes about, what I feel is a bit of a stitch-up, when the banks hang on to my money for unnecessarily longer lengths of time than is necessary using all sorts of different ploys and false causes.
One of the main 'false causes' they use to mess you about, is that of 'security'. And of course that's a hard one to argue against as it is also a 'real cause' rather than a 'false one'. They cleverly use this one 'out of context', basically to hang on to your money longer.
I feel Lloyds TSB don't really tell you the whole full and truthful story about 'limits' (daily limits and transaction limits) and the differences between using
Telephone Banking Transfers
Online Banking Transfers
Faster Payments Transfers
and so you never know exactly what method to use and exactly what to do when you need to transfer your money.
But if I did do the survey, I don't think they would actually take any notice of me.

I also log-on daily, and have never been asked to take part in a survey.
This is the link I use to log-on with. Are you using the same?

Never been invited to take part in the survey when I log on to Lloyds TSB Online Banking, but I only have my ISA with them. One of the main 'false causes' they use to mess you about, is that of 'security'. Once I had £2.5K in cyberspace for 34 days, I used HSBC to make a priority payment to Washington Mutual Bank in America, they also used the term 'compliance department' as an excuse for the reason there was a delay. Now I use Halifax online banking to send International payments, find its cheaper and quicker.Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0
