sale of goods act

Good morning some time ago posted on this site were 2 sample letters showing how to claim using Sale of Goods Act1997(amended) . I printed a copy of both( goods under 6 months old) and ( Goods more than 6 months old) . Unfortunately one of my offspring used it an then threw it away. I have searched the site to see if it still there but cannot find it. Does anyone have a copy they could paste on this forum please. I need to use it now.
