    I've used TLC (and the products they sell) for a long while now Andrew and not had any issues. If there is a problem they are generally very responsive and helpful. It will be interesting to see just what the problem is, fan - or wiring?.

    I think some of us are just jinxed for things to go wrong! Hopefully TLC & electrician will sort but if your left with a spare (but working!) fan let me know ..gets chilly with the window open!
