I purchased goods from a golf shop online, anyway I returned items recorded delivery well within the timescale and they received them, however they tried to say they were late and then tried to say I had altered the equipment which I hadn’t!! Anyway they kept hold of my money for 3 weeks and eventually they have said they refund me, now the money has gone into my bank and then been reversed I spoke to my bank and they said it’s the golfshops fault Ive contacted them and they are dragging there heels again!! Im fed up of this and they are holding onto my money illegally what is the best thing to do I looked on trading standards but cant find the right process to take could anyone advise please, thankyou

Have you spoken to someone at the golf shop? Have they given a reason for the retraction?
Presumably you sent the return by recorded post so you can prove that it arrived with them before the cut off date?
The onus is on them to prove that you somehow damaged the item, so ask them for photos and details.
After speaking to the golf shop, speak to your bank and let them know and see what they can do.0
