Evening all!
Had some good news yesterday - well they say it comes in threes...- Had a letter from uni saying they want to give me a £1100 bursary for free as a merit student (whatever that means?):j
- Got another belated wedding present cheque to swell the new joint account (there's £1500 in it now:p)
- Had a £10 Mr T voucher in the post for doing a survey
Today has been ok too...- Finally got letter from uni entitling me to reclaim 25% of the already paid council tax back - may be about £200
- Went for lunch with other student teachers in a nice restaurant and only spent £6 (posh cheese on toast and a coke)
- Picked up a library book I've been waiting for
- Got the best mark in my year for the first big assignment set (been waiting 2 weeks to find out!)
- Put petrol in using 5p off voucher at Mr T
- Made tea from leftovers
- Walked dog x3 in the rain for free exercise
- Staying in tonight whilst OH has gone out with mates - will pick him up later (he did it for me last week)
- Done shopping list ready for tomorrow
