Hi all, I sent a letter to littlwoods credit card asking for a copy of my credit agreement and they sent me back a photocopy of the terms and conditions, nothing with a signature on, they have also included a letter that reads.........Please find enclosed a copy of your latest executed agreement. This is a statement of of the terms of your agreement with us and incorporates any variations to the terms since you entered into this agreement. However, the interest rates have been omitted and the fees and charges have been suspendedand are no longer applicable due the current status of your account. Your account is now in a recovery program.............
Can anyone tell me if this sounds right, and why do they say latest executed agreement, this is the first time I've been informed of any latest agreement, Ive had this credit card since 2002
