You are spending about £7000 per year running your car - just the figures you have given for petrol, insurance and the loan come to £6732 per year, and that doesn't include tax, maintenance etc. This is over HALF of your annual net income including your BF benefits.
It seems to me that this has to be the area you have to save on - can't you ditch the car and use the £135 per week you would save to pay for public transport and taxis?0 -
I think some gyms let you swap the contract to a friend or family member? or like Miss Poppy said can you take a payment break from it?
The mobiles are ridiculously high - you need to get out of as many contracts as possible and get 1 very cheap one each - you should be able to get a good deal for 20 a month each.
Food - head over to MOneysavingOldstyle and see how you can feed yoruselves as cheap as possible.
Also might be worth a call to one of the debt charities ie CCCS or National Debtline or visiting your local CAB just to chat things through.

Don't be hard on yourself though, everyone feels down about debt no matter how little or large amount they're in.
