What's happened to british gas?
Hi, i pay my bills online with british gas and was suppossed to pay my bill today as i've just been paid.However, i log on to find the system unavailible and that online customers should ring customer services.Fair enough,however, this morning i was advised i'd be on hold for 15 minutes and now 30 minutes:eek: I've been trying to contact them to no avail and haven't recieved a red letter so that i can pay at the bank,i'm worried they may just cut me off as i've had the bill since the begining of the month.Has any other on-line customers had these problems-i never used to have more than a 5 minute wait before.

Cutting off gas is a bit more involved than BT cutting off your phone.

My mam's latest bill was complicated (well in her eyes). Because it was giving different rates before and after the price increase. I had to go over it with her. Maybe many others are confused. And I'm guessing 80% of their calls will be about the ridiculous amount of their bill.
I'm going to take a look on USwitch to see if we can get my mother's bill down a little.0 -

Hopefully they are fixing the system so Click Energy customers can actually log in and see their online accounts
I assume the long wait times is because everyone who uses the online system has had to switch to the phone.0 -
The BG on-line(https://www.house.co.uk) has always been very slow for me and is always giving me problems.
Lets hope they are getting it sorted out.0
