This may be the wrong forum, but I know this was due to be repealed in 2007 but cant seem to find any info on whether or not it has been

Im in Northern Ireland and I had to pay for my DH when he was in a nursing home for 8 months.....ten thousand pounds!!!!!
They took it out of the sale of our house (even though i was selling it to buy a suitable house to take him home to that cost a LOT more than what I sold the house for)
