New series of 24 (Series 4) starts the end of this month on Sky1 so i reckon lots of places may be starting to sell these cheaply.

I phoned them and asked what the difference was between the promotional and real edition, the guy says only the packaging really you just get the DVDs in a bit of cardboard. Ordered one anyway so let's wait and see at end of Jan.

Cheers to OP for this, I was gutted that I missed out on the recent 19.99 versions at Blockbuster and WHSmiths but 17.99 is even better obviously. Seen this in record stores at 49.99, would love to watch the show but no way I am paying that sort of money.
