advice needed re catauloge please

hi all after some advice again please
i will start from the begining it may get long so thanks if you stick with it

i ordered a sony playstation 3 from a well known catauloge in april this year, parcel got left with neighbours, i collected from them opened it up and found a playstation 2 inside i phoned the catauloge straight up and explained the situiation long story short it took me untill july and involving a solicitor and threatening small claims court to get the problem sorted

i got an appology £30 credited to my account and was told that they would honour my 30% discount on another order

so i placed an order for 2 nintendo ds lites for my little girls christmas pressants that as i found out today they were delivered and signed for by my neighbours on 19th october whilst i was away on holiday in france

whilst i was away my brother had a key to feed my marine fish and birds
now my neighbours say that he gave them to my brother and my brother says that my neighbours did not give them to him

to be honest i am more inclined to beleive my neighbours as they are both in there 70's and a lovely couple
i am less than pleasesd infact shocked at the fact my brother may have taken my girls christmas presants but he swears blind that he never

i phoned the catauloge up today who as i said confirmed they had been signed for on the 19th oct by my neighbours i said that they said they gave them to my brother and that i would have serious words with him to try and get to the bottom of this but if i can not to contact them back and they will investigte the matter

the thing that is getting me is me and my brother have just had an almighty row over this and he is still adament he has not been given these parcels

when what was going on with the playstation 3 i specificaly asked in letters and over the phone that in future nothing to be left with anyone other than myself i would rather it be returned and me have to either collect or re-order. when i phoned before i got told that it is up to the driver where and who they leave the parcel with not the catauloge company then another time i phoned was told a note had been placed on the system.

i should have learned the first time i had a problem but thought with £30 credit on my account and 30% off a good idea

any advice please

thanks i did not realise this
i just wish i had learned from the last experiance with the company :rolleyes: and ordered elsewhere. like the lady siad on the phone today if i cant resolve it call them back but i just know what its going to be like
