Is £56.43 a record for a minute phonecall?

I started a thread about this yesterday. However I thought I would see if anyone could beat my charge!
Onetel have charged me £56.43 for a reverse charge call from Thailand which lasted less than a minute.
Their website currently doesn't state charges so for those who are interested the charge is £12 Service Charge and £8.88 a minute thereafter although a minimum five minutes is charged.
BT charge £11.11 Service Charge and £6.46 a minute with a minimum 5 mins too.
All this for a call that cost 28p.
