Home Makeover Costing

Hi,
I have just purchased a 2 bed split level maisonette.
I am now in the process of getting it redecorated, this includes new kitchen, bathroom, boiler, rewiring, gutter fixed...

Can you tell me if the prices sound ok...

New kitchen (small)
£1800 from B&Q inc oven and hob
£1200 to fit from local fitter, He will also install laminate flooring and tile and paint walls.
I need to get a new fridge/freezer and washing machine probably from Currys as they will take away the old appliances.

Bathroom (small)
£1500 new suite and to fit and tile walls and floor and paint.
£200 for a new mains shower and to fit.

Bedrooms x2 (large enough to fit double beds)/living room (large open plan)
Replaster 2 walls and paint walls, ceilings and woodwork
£1200 (3 rooms)

Boiler
£2500 - This includes supply and install and removal of old system.
They will also connect the hob and replumb the pipes in the kitchen and run a new larger gas supply from the meter.

Electrician
£500 for a new fuse box and also a light installed in the loft
£1200 to rewire the light switches to include the earth. New point installed for extractor fan and run wire for thermostat. Replace all sockets and light switches back to basic white design at my request.

The gutter work has already been done at a cost of £1300 for front and back. This was causing damp in the bedrooms.
