Balance Transfer rules

My parents have a Natwest Platinum Mastercard offering 0% for 13 months on a balance transfer. I have a card with MBNA charging 35%. You can see where I am going with this. :beer:
Can you balance transfer from my card to my parents? Or do you only qualify for balance transfers from cards in your own name?
