Thanks for the headsup. Just got mine in last week at 0.19% above base rate.0

just received 3 offers from the woolwich this morning as my current deal runs out in july,
1st option 1yr fixed at 4.45% then bbbr +0.49% early rep of 3% till 09
2nd option 2 year fixed rate at 4.89$ then bbbr +0.95% early rep of 3% till 09
3rd option tracker at barclays bank base rate currently 4.50%+0.19% making it a 4.69% variable tracker for length of the loan.
hope i can still take the option 3 as thats what i've choosen, they said just to send back the doc by 23rd of june.0 -
I went past a barclays today with a very large advert in the window advertising their tracker mortgage at 4.69%0

Its a shame they are changing this offer, as it is an amazing lifetime rate.
The only problem I could see was that it was only for people with a 25% deposit and they wouldnt morgage anything under 75k. Anyone know if these requirements have been changed too?Save save save!!0 -
Spoke to my broker today - my application got in in time to secure the rate which I am obviously very happy about. I asked about what they were offering now and he said a similar offer which was +0.29%. He assures me the +0.19% deal has definately gone so, if you're offered anything better than that, bite their hand off!0

I recently got this deal for a mortgage less than £75k no problems.0 -
Do people think the BR +0.29 is still worth it? Can it be beaten fee free?Val0

Am currently applying for the 0.19% tracker and was told that I needed to get the application ( which got delivered yesterday ) back by thursday.
Also managed to get a free valuation and legal fees, just by asking to confirm the rates.0 -
I applied on line on Monday and have been told its not available now. the +.29 still looks good but Nationwide have +.18 with £500 total fees which for me works out betterVal0
