    Thank you for your prompt reply.

    I was sorry to learn that you have not yet received the DVD that you ordered. I would like to say sorry for any disappointment that this might have caused.

    I’ve checked with our warehouse and your order was dispatched on 05/12/2009, normally it takes just a few days to arrive but, as things can get a little delayed with the post we ask our customers to wait 10 days for the delivery to arrive.

    I hope that your order will arrive shortly however, if your order hasn’t arrived by the 15/12/2009 please reply to my email with your order number and full address details and I’ll look into this further for you.

    Can you also on your reply highlight if you would prefer to receive a replacement or refund for the order.

    On the 5th! So if its been sent first class, should of been here on monday, tuesday if theres a delay! If posted 2nd, then maybe it will arrive today or tomorrow :confused:. Oh well, will stick it out til the 15th as I dont need it til xmas day. If I had neeeded it befroe, like some of you, I wouldnt be too happy!

    I woke up to the same email! This is the first (and probably last!) time I have used tesco entertainment and I notice that like play.com they deliver from Jersey. My play.com orders have been taking 5-7 days recently, when they used to only take 2-3 so maybe there is an issue with delivery from the Channel Islands at the moment?
    Whatever the problem is, the stress isn't worth the £5 odd saving I made, especially if I need to goout and buy it elsewhere.....
    I suppose this is the price you pay for taking advantage of glitches, sometimes it doesn't go too smoothly!
    Fingers crossed it comes tomorrow.

    Yeh mine arrived today too but with no dispatch email. Great we got it at the reduced price & fingers crossed the extra points.

    The plot thickens!
    I received mine this morning, thank god, heading off in an hour to my brother's for the last time this year and it's his gift, talk about in the nick of time!
    However, I've just had an email from Tesco saying my payment has been declined and could I arrange an alternative payment.
    I've been using my card fine for weeks? Very strange!
    Might just make them wait til the New Year, make up for the stress of waiting for this! My OH seems to think it's cos I paid with Visa Electron, but surely if Tesco didn't accept that they wouldn't have let me order in the first place??

  • I've spoke to them today who said it was posted a week ago, but gone through my bank statement i dont seem to have been charged for it, and my order status still shows as 'awaiting despatch'. Hopefully it'l come monday, if not they said they would send again,
