I only recieved that email as I emailed them 3 weeks ago to say my card had been cancelled and my post was thier reply recieved today, (3 weeks later!!!). I will reply to it and ask whe it was despatched but I prob wont et a respose til after xmas at this rate. Wil still phone on friday to ask where it is if not recieved it or an email!

Not impressed at all. Pre orders should be dispatched on the day of release in my opinion. I ordered this as a gift for my brother who we are visiting this weekend to drop off gifts, the last time I'll see him before Christmas. If it doesn't come by Friday I'll need to go out and buy it elsewhere. Rage.

i ordered two separately and one says depatched, the other awaiting despatch, even though i ordered the latter one first!!

Son is doing Film and Media Studies at College - I bought him this after he went to see the film and loved it. He is not happy that it has been out a number of days and still no delivery.
