wow! Three broadband customer service.

I was a bit miffed when my 3 broadband dongle wouldn't connect, then worked out it was my fault because I forgot to tell them that I had changed credit card, so the CCA failed and they cut me off.
Called them at 15.00hrs,paid bill and was advised that the service would reconnect in 4 hours
At 15.05 the service was reconnected.
VERY impressed!
Coverage is also brilliant. Would recommend to anyone!
