I feel a sugar rush coming on but if I walk a mile to the shops and a mile back maybe I could risk a small slice - ha who am I kidding!

Here's my recipe , I use a small bread tin, as its easier to cut into slices for everyone.

Sorry I'm not at home so can't measure my tray

It's pretty much the same as in OP and I agree it's lovely.....mmm wonder if i'll have time to make for tonight????

    Malteaser Tray Bake

    100g butter
    200g milk chocolate
    3 tablespoon’s golden syrup
    225g finely crushed digestive biscuits
    225g Maltesers
Melt together the butter; chocolate and syrup then add the crushed biscuits and the maltesers.
Mix together quickly then pour into a lined Swiss roll tin and chill till set.
For a special occasion drizzle with some melted white chocolate

  • Well as you can see from the above few posts, it's that time of year again so I'm making this today. I top it with either vanilla ice cream or about two inches of whipped cream, then sprinkle on crumbled flake. Heavenly!
