Loan needed ASAP but have terrible credit score - what are my options?

    the dentist practice I go to you have to pay up front first before a course of dentistry...the other day I paid £45.60 for a check-up followed by a filling...I also paid £46.80 for hygienist treatment to be had in December...

    anyhow I noticed on the wall of the waiting room that patients can get a loan with 0% interest for anything over £100

    So I would imagine most NHS practices do that now.

    NHS or private, if they say you need the work done quickly or it'll get worse, they could still give the option of a payment plan, I know some do and don't charge for it, but I think you do have to ask. This may be the only way you can do it, is asking
