Anyone have WAV to MP3 file conversion utility? I found a free one on download.com but it had loads of Adware.

Any ideas?

It is not MY fault that I never learned to accept responsibility!

I use dbpoweramp which is quite good

When you right-click a wav file, the option "convert to.." appears so it's very easy to use
